Parish Councils are required by law to publish a scheme of available documents that are available for public inspection. Outseats Parish Council resolved (Minute no. 91/02) to adopt the Model Publication Scheme for Local Councils (Core Classes only) provided by the Information Commissioner.

This is information concerning changes to the electoral arrangements for parish, town and community councils. It includes recommendations for the creation of new wards, the amendments of existing wards, proposals for the names of new wards and alterations to the number of councillors to be elected to the council.
