During the year 2014/15:
1. Cllr J A Marsden was the Chair of the Parish Council, and Cllr P J Whitney was the Vice-Chair. Cllr D E Palmer was the Council’s internal checker of its accounting records. Other members of the council were Cllr D Gordon, Cllr W R Hanley, Cllr J M Hodgkinson and Cllr N D O Williams.
2. There were 3 Joint Committees, each consisting of members from Outseats Parish Council and Hathersage Parish Council. Cllrs Gordon, Hanley and Palmer sat on the Joint Transport Committee. Cllrs Palmer and Whitney sat on the Joint Website Committee. Cllrs Marsden, Palmer and Whitney sat on the Joint Staffing Committee.
